Submission deadlines

The Maypole Fund has two funding sessions each year. The submission deadlines for each of these sessions are at the end of January and June of each year, and we accept applications in the month leading up to the submission deadline.

For the January session:

• We accept applications for this session from January 1st until January 31st each year.
• If you have submitted an application for this session, it will be assessed in February. If you have not heard from us by the end of February, you can assume that your application was not successful. 

For the June session:

• We accept applications for this session from June 1st until June 30th each year
• If you have submitted an application for this session, it  will be assessed in July. If you have not heard from us by the end of July, you can assume that your application was not successful.
